I'm on the digest, so forgive me if this has been answered already. If
your question is about Microsoft's HTML Help, then there is an option in
HTML Help Workshop that allows you to use custom images instead of the
usual book and page icons in the TOC. The Help for HTML Help Workshop tells
how; here's an excerpt:
========================================
To use a new icon strip in a contents file
Open a project (.hhp) file, click the Contents tab, and then click Contents
Properties.
Contents Properties
Defines the general appearance of the table of contents.
Select the Use custom images from a file check box.
In the Image file box, enter the path to an icon strip <cntnimg.htm> bitmap
(.bmp) file that contains the images you want to use instead of the default
images.
Save and close the project file.
Reopen the project file.
==============================
I'm not sure how you'd replace the images with nothing--perhaps create a
blank bmp and apply it to everything.
