Gentlefolk,

I have a suggestion for those who would like techwr-l to remain a civil community; Don't respond to provocateurs.

This is not an original thought or a new tactic. I'm just reminding folks that pushing back encourages bullies just as much as running away does. Both give them the attention they seek. Simply ignoring them is the only way to transform them. Responding to them in any way is like voting for politicians: It only encourages the bastards.

Just don't do it.
