The debate about globalisation and its consequences - both its problems and
its benefits - is really too wide for techwr-l. I personally recommend that
anyone interested in this subject should read Naomi Klein's book "No Logo"
(that's my "writing" tie-in, Eric!)

But I wouldn't be sorry to see the end of this thread here.
