Who is a slave? A man earning for HIS family - is he a slave?
A woman taking care of her family, doing all the chores of the house and

If that is the case, we being 'employees' to our employers - can that be
termed as slave?

I know what you're saying, and agree with it. However, I can't resist pointing out that early twentieth century radicals in North America used the term "wage slavery" to refer our economic system. The point was, of course, that, even though people are nominally free, they are often tied to jobs by necessity.
