It's not. It's a wonderful practice for the company.
It's a not so good practice for the candidates, seeing
as more of them than not don't know how to negotiate a
salary. Therefore it's a big win on the employer's
side, and an unknown on the employee side.
Maybe TW certification is a good thing after all. The
only point would be to certify that TWs know how to
interview and bid wisely.
