Be careful. If the term is an accepted part of the jargon of your
particular industry, and/or a key term used in your software, I'd think
twice before changing it. In this case, it looks like your suggested
replacement has subtly changed the meaning of the sentence.

The company I work for develops billing software, and uses lots of terms
like that in our products. These same terms are used consistently in our
training materials, our documentation, and in the Wizards built into the
system.

So do a little research. If that's the term your company/industry uses,
use it. If not, change it, if you can do so in a way that improves the
clarity of the text.

Whatever you do, do NOT let your editorial decisions be made by the
squiggly spell-checking lines in Word!
