Please, let's not forget that many of us who are technically south-of-the-border also use oot and aboot.
I went to college in upstate New York, and now live in Michigan.

I refuse to believe that all my Yupper friends (that is, those who grew up in the Upper Peninsula) have the same speech impediment.
