No CreatePDF button in my Word toolbar.

Found it in the "Acrobat" menu in the Word menu bar. The "Change Conversion Settings" command gives access to the "PDF Maker for Microsoft Office" dialog box. The bookmarks must be set in the "Bookmarks" tab. Need to try how efficient this facility is.

That's the button installed in the Word toolbar when you install Acrobat on your system.
