Me too.
Been using it for a month or so. It does what it says on the packet.
The helpdesk is pretty good too, as I discovered when I had problems - which
leads me to my one caveat: if you're running Office XP with it, make sure
you have plenty of memory and a hi-spec machine (a lo-spec PC was the source
of my problems).
I've not yet gone live with single sourcing, but unlike other tools I've
tried, my experiments indicate that AuthorIT does this easily and
intuitively without lots of mucking around with the generated files
Also, being able to import old WinHelp RTFs, and after some editing, spit
them out as HTMLHelp is a real benefit. Apparently, this process will become
easier with the next version.
The one big downside, IMHO, is not enough keyboard shorcuts.
