T-letter stands for table letter, is my understanding. I heard that from the
first person I heard mention it (on this list, last summer), which moved me
to create my own T-letter. It worked well for me; I got the job.

The two columns in the table are 1) job requirements (as stated by employer)
and 2) my skills/experience, how they relate exactly to each and every
stated requirement.

Note that to get a nice long list of requirements, you might have to call
the hiring manager. You don't want to address just the 3-4 reqs that were in
the ad.
