If an employer is looking for a full-time employee, and you are really
the right person for the job, the company will wait two months. That
assumes you get an offer letter tomorrow - a serious interview process
can take two weeks or more - *after* you get the invitation, which may
take some time to muster. If they ask you how soon you can start,
they're interested. If you say you have to finish a contract first, you
are saying you have to do the right thing. If they begrudge you that,
you probably don't want to work for them... Will they do the right
