If an employer is looking for a full-time employee, and you are really the right person for the job, the company will wait two months. That assumes you get an offer letter tomorrow - a serious interview process can take two weeks or more - *after* you get the invitation, which may take some time to muster. If they ask you how soon you can start, they're interested. If you say you have to finish a contract first, you are saying you have to do the right thing. If they begrudge you that, you probably don't want to work for them... Will they do the right thing for you?
