Although Nora and Bruce have mentioned many excellent reasons to use Netscape, I'll add another - plain old personal preference. I've used Netscape for the 8-9 years that I've been on the web and I've never had a reason NOT to use it.
Last time I checked, it's free as well and I've never had trouble accessing or using the features of any website I've visited. I wouldn't say that I'm "limiting" myself at all. There's not even anything political about it. I just like
Netscape better (this applies up to NN 4.76. I haven't had a reason to upgrade to 6 as of yet.).

Or, to rephrase your question, why would I want to use another browser when NN is free and works just fine (since I don't need any of the IE-specific features)?
