Huh?

1. They have a new customers and a business plan
that the investors and board are on board with.

2. They are offering a generous package, and in your current
job your job satisfaction is low.

3. You now have no opportunities for advancement, and work is rote
and boring, and attempts to branch out have been quashed. The management
philosophy is one of pigeon-holing.

4. The technology at the old job is more exciting, and you would have
more opportunity for advancement as the company grows.

I thought you said there was a dilemma. What, are they located
in Tora Bora or something?
