Hi all,

I'm posting to this list because of the fabulous response rate and guidance that I've seen as a lurker over the past year.

I've received a small translation job and will be paid per word. I've been asked to translate X-amount of English words into Spanish. I'm unsure of how to invoice the job.

Do I charge per English word as I have received the copy? Or do I charge per Spanish word translated, which will inevitably be more words?

I appreciate any insights some of you might be able to offer.

Thank you.

Antonio
