My fault for being so cryptic...
They don't use Famous Software in this instance. They're on a Web site and
will either type the information in the necessary fields themselves
("manually"), or simply click update and the information will be imported
from Famous Software. They don't leave the Web site.
Offlist, someone suggested "import," as in "Users must add contacts
manually or import them from Famous Software." I kind of like that, but for
GUI and translation reasons, I'm not sure it'll fly.
