But to expand the def some, I'd add:
-business practices that defraud the customer, misrepresent the nature of 
services/products, or violate federal, state, or local laws;
-advertising, marketing, or promotion campaigns that violate the law, or lie;
-internal policies that unfairly discriminate, violate employees reasonable 
expectations of privacy, safe workspaces, etc., or deliberately target 
high-cost employees for demotions/layoffs;
-executive  "leadership" that tolerates management behavior that violates 
the law, is abusive, or breeds deceit in any fashion;
-personnel and staffing policies that defraud employees, pay them unjust or 
unfair wages, and maintain two or more unequal sets of benefit packages, 
depending on the management level, gender, age, family status, or race of 
the employee.
(Just to name the biggies...)
