I've never encountered that problem unless I have more than one row
identified as the header row.
Have you checked the table design (CTRL-T anywhere on the table) to see if
the first three rows are identified as header rows? Because you are unable
to select them, that sounds like the problem (but, then, why are they
showing up on the first page?).

Hello;
Has anyone seen this behavior? When a table spans two pages, some of the
rows are repeated on both pages. So if the table has 6 rows, with 3 on the
first page and 3 on the second page, the last two rows on the first page are
repeated on the second page. I can't select them, but they are there on the
screen, when I save to PDF, and when I print them out.
