You should be able to change the color of your
PowerPoint hyperlink by following these steps:

Choose Format -->Slide Color Scheme.

Click the "Custom" tab.

On the "Custom" tab, find the "Accent and
Hyperlink"
scheme color.

Click on the color next to it, then click
on the "Change Color" button.

Click on the color you want your hyperlink to be,
then click OK.
(Or, double-click on the color).

This returns to the "Custom" tab, and you'll
notice that the color
next to the "Accent and Hyperlink" scheme color is
your new color.

Click the "Apply to All" button to apply the new
color to your whole
presentation, or click "Apply" to apply the new
color to only selected
slides.

Let me know how this works for you.
