You can take SME?s to paper but you can?t make them write.
I was asked to do the same thing with the French guys in my office (I am the
only native-speaker here). It wasn?t so much a teach them how to write
assignment but a teach them how to write in a foreign language that they don
?t really master that well kind of thing.
No matter how keen everyone is, they?ll all have other things to think of
and will forget everything you say in the second you say, ?Phew, that wasn?t
so tough after all!?
