If I wrote the following description:
Woobbly Factor Widgets only. Displays the percentage of woobblies.

would adding the following be redundant?
Otherwise, this field and label do not display.

I think I am being redundant. But I can just hear the testers (the primary
audience for the document) saying, "Why isn't the Woobbly Factor field
displaying for Doodads?" That's why I think I should leave it in. But,
alas, I am torn. I would appreciate input.

By the way, omitting the potential redundancy would not harm fowl nor
beast. I just work for an insurance company.
