Willow,

It's not what she said--it's the way she said it--her tone, choice of words, phrases, etc--the rhetoric. Her comments represent a public relations disaster. And, because she clearly claims she represents company policy, she also seriously damages her company's reputation. None of the examples of "humanistic" corporate policy claims she posted afterwards can be verified, so we are left with her initial representations as an accurate reflection of her corporate culture.
