In response to Megan's query-

I use Dreamweaver's templates and library functionality a lot - not the
out-of-box ones, but ones we create for our partner sites.

Pretty handy and flexible if you're maintaining a large number of pages
that share chunks of information. Very cool!

For self-contained smaller sites I hand code, using a freeware version of
HomeSite (v.1.2), and maintain a link-intensive intranet using FrontPage.
