Today is a slow friday. Kindly excuse my nose in so many threads. I
can't let this one go by.

I tell neophytes, "It's relatively easy to take a job away from
competition with age and experience: show enthusiasm. Often, old pros
are blasé. No amount of experience will compensate for lack of
interest."
I don't mention, however, that youth and enthusiasm can be ovecome by
age and deceit. ;-{)>
