I see John has replied with the std big business setup, you may not be so
fortunate. Good projectors start at about $10K (AU), toll calls are costly
during business hours etc; there is a small budget solution.

Ensure you all have network access to a single server and use that as your
collaboration point. Send emails to each other, or use voice across IRC or
internet phones. These are all low-budget technologies. I would forget the
video option, its generally only needed by managerial types to see Dilbert's
sock-puppet <stitch>.

Of course, you could be big business for all I know :-)

Please excuse any cross-postings.
The eLearning group that I work with is proposing putting together a course
on best practices for virtual teams. If any of you have experiences you'd
like to share, including any "Do's" or "Don'ts", I'd love to hear them.
-->I'm particularly interested in the technology used to facilitate virtual
team function: knowledge management software, "Teamware", or any others.
