I too am a saddened longtime ForeHelp user, and while I looked pretty
seriously at the Frame-to-ForeHelp route a couple years ago, we didn't do
it. Anyway, I noticed a statement on the (forgive me!) eHelp Web site that
RoboHelp 2002 "seamlessly" imports Frame files. Of course I haven't tried it
so can't attest to actual seamlessness...but at least the need for this
feature seems to be recognized by both major players in the Help tool market
(www.ff.com says MIF import is one of the technologies transferred to
Component One -- remember, ForeHelp's own format wasn't based on MIF either,
so just because Doc-to-Help remains connected with Word doesn't have to mean
that it can't import MIF effectively).
