My solution as to the "why" and "how dilemma was to include the "why" in the
manual. It contains all the reasons why you should do this along with why
you would want to. The online help only gives the "how". It is where you
go when you have forgotten the next step in a procedure or to learn the
steps necessary to get the job done. All "commentary" as it were, is in the
manual.
