Hi, all

My computer died, and I got a new CPU. Problem is, we went through quite a
lot originally to get the distiller printer from the Adobe site (with
detailed instructions for the install) and the correct settings for the
distiller printer.
Our brand new/just arrived infrastructure guy just copied the settings from
a colleague to put the printer on my CPU.
I printed a file to the Adobe printer, and the image quality is very poor.
What settings do I need to change for image compression, could you please
tell me, and where are they? What other settings do I change for better
image quaility?

This is the advice I received from this list. I can't remember where these
options are/or they are not there due to the method of creating the printer:

In your Distiller job options, turn Downsampling OFF and set Compression to
ZIP (which is lossless).

Thanks,
Ellen
