Gang,
It's time to take the spam discussions offline.

Unfortunately, spam is a fact of being on the
Internet, and the openness of the list/archives/
Usenet mirrors makes it easier for people to
access the list and related resouces, but simultaneously
makes it easier for people (spammers and otherwise)
to find email addresses.

That's just the way it is. Were the list/site/etc
completely private, it would also be nearly
useless.
