Megan Golding described an internal documentation project, including a
short high-level architecture overview to be written by the lead
developer/architect.

I am concerned about the architecture overview being written by the lead
developer/architect. This section puts everything else in perspective. If
you can come up with the time, I would interview the architect and do it
yourself. If not, go through it carefully with the architect to be sure
that you understand it, then amend as necessary to meet the needs of newbie
users as well as developers.
