I've heard about half a dozen or so things suggested of me to do tomorrow. I
posted this on HATT, and now I'm posting it here:

So now tomorrow we go to mass at lunch, wear red white and blue, and light
candles at 7pm? Anything else I've forgotten?

I don't mean to make light of this at all, but it seems like everyone's got
an idea of showing our spirit for tomorrow. I personally am trying to show
my spirit by going on with my life as best I can. That means driving home
for the weekend to see my wife and kids (whom I haven't seen or held since
Monday), visit with some good friends, take the kids to the orchard, and
have a family birthday celebration for my soon-to-be-5-year-old. To me, that
means a hell of a lot more than any vigil/mass/clothing coordination. All
that is fine, but to me it doesn't show our strength as a nation - showing
that we are pushing forward with life AS WE WANT IT TO BE does.

Just my $0.02. If you violently disagree, please direct your reply to me
directly. Thanks.
