Greetings to all,

I need to present a brief written evaluation of the pros & cons of these 3
HATs: RoboHelp, ForeHelp, and Doc-to-Help. I don't need pricing information
(I have compiled that), but I would like to know if anyone has a short
list/table based on features/usability of these tools. If so, and you are
willing to share, please cc or send them to me directly (I subscribe to the
digest version). I'll gladly write a summary for these lists once I prepare
my report. FWIW, I did try to go into archives for this info, but wasn't
successful in finding what I need. Thanks in advance for the help.

I do feel a need to address the events of the past few days, but I just
can't begin to find the words to do so (and to those who know me, not
finding words is a rare event with me). The pictures are surreal, and the
consequences are impossible to imagine. I get comfort by focusing on the
stories of the acts of kindness by concerned people everywhere--fortunately
there are many such stories.

With wishes for easier times ahead (& for a peaceful, healthy, and safe New
Year to all celebrating the Jewish New Year)

~Debbie
