Annamaria....hate to do this to you, but "Bandwidth Utilization" and
"Bandwidth Use" could mean different things in some fields.

Some see the phrase "Bandwidth Use" meaning "having to do with using
the bandwith". OTOH, "Bandwidth Utilization" tell me in no uncertain
terms that what I'm going to be told is "how MUCH of the bandwidth is
being used."

In certain fields, such as the utility industry (I did some work on
the side for the American Petroleum Institute in NY) or in network
services where bandwith is being measured, utililization has a
particular meaning and if you change it to "use", the reader is going
to experience a certain level of confusion.

Sometimes a dictionary falls short.
