Hi, guys...

I'm at a gig where flowcharting is a major part of the day-to-day
process. This is mostly business process flow charting, not so much
programming logic flowcharting as this gig is a sales automation
process re-engineering project.

We're using Visio.

Up to now, my experience here and at other assignments has been
pretty much make-up-as-I-go-along. However, I know that there are
specific conventions and design layouts that go along with doing it
*right*.

I looked on Amzon for something like "Flowcharting for Dummies" and
came up almost empty (still looking at "close-match" alternatives),
as almost all flowcharting on the web is program-logic or network
layout oriented and I'm also in the middle of examining the results
of a Google-search.

In the mean time, anyone out there have a favorite resource (web
site, book, etc.) for learning the ins and outs of business process
flowcharting without taking a 4-year college course on Project
Management?

Thanks for your help.
