I'd send them something in writing, before the review, quoting the survey
and indicating which figures you feel apply to you. Don't ask, offer, or
negotiate here, just provide input for their review.
The expected result is that they make a higher offer than they otherwise
would have. If it turns out adequate, just accept it. If not, you are in a
position to point out that it is way below the survey.
