Hi Frank,

I highly recommend GroupMail - http://www.infacta.com/gm.html -
full of features, uses merge fields for customization, and is very
easy to use. You can export your contact list from Outlook or OE
(or any other contact management app - I use GoldMine myself)
and import it into GroupMail quite easily.

I think their newest beta version even supports direct import of
Outlook contacts.
