Not bad, just human. When a former contract I had was abruptly stopped in
the middle (about 25 people were laid off), another employee took my
ergonomic chair as I was packing to leave.

A variation of that happened to me. We had a new employee who felt very important. When he needed a chair, he just took mine - a new ergonometric one.
