Which is basically what I have been doing for a long while now.
Most of that work is visible in the FreeBSD operating system in the form
of manual pages or DocBook based documentation.
Actually, if you have a like for Unix, come and hang out on FreeBSD's
documentation mailing list. It is pretty interesting since our
documentation also includes the real-life examples and problems
encountered with i18n and l10n.
