I got to agree.
I recently, as in the last three weeks, been doing my job interview
rounds and got this question. And no matter how often they're gonna ask
me I will never prepare this question in advance.
And, I wonder, would people honestly reply with:
"I have this tendency to set my managers on fire,"
"I always seem to get rid of the marketing department after about 2
months,"
"I never arrive on time,"
or
"I am stubborn and not able to be reasoned with."
