You know what's tough for some of us?  Our BIG 5 year
goals are actually attainable.  Here's mine:

I would love to be the mother of a happy, well-loved
toddler or two.

I guess I best not say that in an interview. Fact is,
work goals PALE in comparison to that goal -- in my
life anyway.  Yet, I'm an enthusiastic, valuable
employee.  What do you all think about that?

Maybe that's one reason why I focus on the learning
and skills aspect, rather than the "career track"
point of view.
