Bruce, I see what you mean, and I guess
I'm either going to be showing my age or
my inexperience here, because I've never
interviewed with an HR department or
representative. I've always interviewed
with the person I'll be working for, their boss,
and sometimes their boss's boss.
If I was interviewing with an HR person, I
guess I would get through that as best I could
and try to come back for an interview with the
people I'd actually be working for/with. I'd
never take a job (again) without seeing the
person I was working for and the space I'd
be working in.
