Mark,

While they are not extensive, I have some online tutorials
on my web site about using FrameMaker. There is no charge or
registration at all. But there is a small ad banner that I have
no control over. They are small (quick download) Java applets.
Hope they help some. Let me know if you see a need to expand
this "curicculum."
