We don't have a specific *requirement* for a training plan, but I know my
boss will ask me about it. I wouldn't even think of proposing new software
without considering how I'd learn to use it, because I see that as just one
of the criteria to use when evaluating software. After all, if two of our
TWs know a particular help authoring program (true), but I'll need to learn
it from scratch (also true), we need to consider how I'll learn that program
before we decide whether that's the best one for us.
