I'm unconscious 7 hours a day, and when I am, I'm unknowing.
I'm conscious 16 hours a day, and when I am, I usualy I unknow it.
I know I'm unconscious and conscious 7/16 hours a day - with 1/2 hour in
between each interval during which I experience, unknowing, a conscious
knowing of unconsciousness.

Fine. Now, where do I apply that label?
