Cheri,

Its sounds like the color selection under the print document options
is not correctly adjusted. I use a German version of FrameMaker,
but will try to explain how to check this - please be advised that I
may get some of the menus and commands wrong:

Open up your Chap1.fm document and select the file - print
document menu option.

Press the color adjustment button, this should open a window
where you can select which colors should be printed.

Look to see which colors are selected to print.

Now close the popup window, print window and Chap1.

Select the file - print book menu option.

Again press the color adjustment button and view which colors are
selected to print.

Make sure that the colors that are selected for Chap1 are the same
as those for the entire book (i.e. Print Document and Print Book).

You may need to repeat this for each chapter if you continue to
receive the warning message.

Be sure to save the chapter if you have to change the color
selection, otherwise the problem will remain.
