I have to agree with Sean. If you want the Help to work in a Web interface,
use plain ol' HTML instead of HTML Help. Of course, it's possible to
implement an uncompiled version of MS HTML Help, but I don't know much about
it. My take: stick to a basic solution that works, and then get fancy on a
gradual basis.
