Windiff is a lovely little shareware tool that compares ascii
files, which of course includes html. It can operate
file-by-file or on whole directories. It is bundled on the
developer studio CDs, such as microsoft visual c or compaq
fortran. It is also available for free download from http://www.fsb.hr/download/shareware/tools/ms%20windiff/.
I don't know of anything that will difference PDF files.
