code diagrams anyone?

Dear All,
I'm putting together documentation for our developers who are using VB and
SQL. I'd like to put some flow charts/diagrams together showing how the
various subs and functions call each other and the general way in which a
user would navigate around the software and how the 20 or so modules relate
to each other. 
Anybody got any clues? I've searched the archives and found some information
but not too much. I've never done this before so have very little to start
with. 
I think what I'm looking forward is a basic idea of what I should include
(Lets and gets, calls), how I should put it together, and the names of any
tools that would let me do this automatically via the code.
