Speaking of Acrobat, anyone run across a problem PDF-ing an entire Frame
book under Windows 2000? Each time I try to Save Book As ... PDF, it spins
and spins, then displays an error in the book status bar that says:

"Can't open <frontmatter.fm>"

Always the first file in the book, though. Remove that file and Save As
again:

"Can't open <booktitle.TOC>"

Any idears?
