I actualy understand the reason for the need for those qualities ...
a place of higher learning that has been around since the
Revolutionary War, that is now being dragged kicking and screaming
into the 21st century.

I actualy see this situation as a challange and the good thing is
that it isn't a dot.com and it isn't traded on any exchange.
