Like many issues, that depends on the audience. For a general
audience, I'd give just one. However, for a more experience
audience, I'd give all the options once, then settle on a standard
after that.

Standardizing on the menu seems the most common choice, probably
because it's usually the most complete. A tool bar is handier, but
on a complex program, it may not give all options. The same's true
of keystroke commands, which are often the easiest method of all.
